Tigerton hosted Bonduel in the 2026 WIAA regional volleyball brackets with the Tigers winning. Set scores were 25-18, 25-11, 25-13. Tigerton was seeded sixth, and Bowler was 11th.
The Blue Devils squeaked by the Eagles. Oconto won the first set 25-23, with Suing winning the second set by the same 25-23 score. In the deciding game, the Blue Devils won 15-13.

As good as the Pulaski High School football team’s offense looked in its final game of the regular season, its defense and special teams were just as impressive.
The Red Raiders wrapped up the regular season and tuned up for the WIAA playoffs Oct. 16 with a 49-0 Fox River Classic Conference-North win over Appleton West.
Apparently, a 2-7 overall record and a 1-6 mark in conference play is good enough to qualify for the WIAA state football playoffs.
That’s the case with Wittenberg-Birnamwood, a team that wrapped up its regular season Oct. 16 with a 49-15 Central Wisconsin Conference-Large loss to Amherst.
That’s how long it’s been since the Marion volleyball team has shared or won a Central Wisconsin Conference championship.
Although the Mustangs had already wrapped up the CWC-North title, they put an exclamation point on an undefeated conference season Oct. 13 with a three-game sweep of Tigerton.
At the same time the Milwaukee Brewers were on their way to sweeping the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Shawano volleyball team was working on a sweep of its own.
The Hawks headed to New London for a Bay Conference match with the Bulldogs on Oct. 15 and returned home with a win that included 25-15, 25-13 and 25-23 victories.
