Gillett plans to build new salt shed
The city of Gillett will construct a 24- by 24-foot shed to store salt for the winter. The City Council on Thursday approved $44,000 in bids for the project, funded with a five-year loan from Peshtigo National Bank. The city will make monthly payments of $805, with an interest rate of 2.75 percent.
