Community members are invited to explore the healing plants growing along the Mountain-Bay State Trail during a Native American Plant Medicines Walk led by author and herbal educator Misty Cook from 6-7 p.m. June 30. A rain date is scheduled for July 1.

Sacred Heart Catholic School celebrates the academic achievements of its middle school students for the fourth quarter. Rain was welcomed across most of the state, although there were scattered reports of storm damage.
