Oconto Falls High School used music, words and actions to weave its web of appreciation for those who have served in the military during a ceremony in a packed gymnasium on Veterans Day.

The Nov. 4 hearing of the ethics committee involved former administrative coordinator Jim Davel accusing Supervisor Lowel Hammett of a trio of violations.

Two men died as the result of a single-vehicle crash and a third was taken to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries, according to a statement from the Shawano County Sheriff’s Department.
