Diane R. Kast, 72, of Shawano, passed away peacefully late Saturday evening, Dec. 28, 2013, at her home, following a lengthy illness. Dorothy S. Timm-Ringel, 94, formerly of the town of Herman, Shawano County, passed away peacefully on Friday morning, May 9, 2014, at Evergreen Care Center in Shawano. Dorothy had been a resident at Evergreen for the past 16 days. The former Dorothy Huebner was born on Nov. 1, 1919, in the town of Herman, a daughter of the late Albert and Elsa (Salzmann) Huebner.
