The Shawano High School girls basketball team beat Seymour 44-37 in a Bay Conference game Friday in Seymour. The Hawks (4-10, 4-6 Bay) were led by Lyndsey Kurtz, who had 13 points and 13 rebounds. “She was monster underneath the boards,” Shawano coach Ryan Koenig said. “She was attacking the basket, getting offensive rebounds, all the defensive rebounds. It is “positive,” and to me at least, it is about a good thing. Today is our golden wedding anniversary.

Today’s technology has many practical and positive aspects, the instantaneous sharing of information and photographs with family and friends being among them.
