Irving P. Sehres

Irving P. “Buddy” Sehres, 66, of Gresham, formerly of Miami, Florida, died on Sunday, April 19, 2015, in Appleton. Buddy was born on Oct. 9, 1948, in Miami Beach to the late Harold N. and Elaine V. (Kuhn) Sehres. Buddy is a graduate of Miami Beach High School. He was united in marriage to Barbara Daly in Fort Lauderdale. Buddy worked in commercial real estate for 35 years and loved his job. He enjoyed the sun, swimming and going to the casino.
Gregory L. Mack
Gregory “Greg” L. Mack, 68, of King, formerly of rural Clintonville, passed away Sunday afternoon April 19, 2015, at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King. Greg was born on Nov. 27, 1946, in Milwaukee as the son of the late Howard and Marjorie (Lindsay) Mack. As a boy, he moved with his family to the area in 1957. He graduated from Shawano High School in 1966. Greg honorably served his country in the United States Navy in 1967.
George D. Ovans
George D. Ovans, 92, of Gresham, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2015, in Shawano. George was born on Dec. 13, 1922, in Dorchester, to the late James and Lucille (Boyle) Ovans. He enlisted in the United States Army and served as a paratrooper during World War II. George was united in marriage to Bernadine Hoffman on May 23, 1951, in Gresham. She preceded him in death in 1995. George lived in the Gresham area most of his life.
Joy Lee Beilke
Joy Lee “Tinker” Beilke, 72, of Bowler, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2015, in Shawano. Tinker was born on Feb. 11, 1943, in Missouri, the daughter of the late Alfred and Cecelia (Goodwin) Beck.
Michelle Syndergaard Buettner
Michelle Syndergaard Buettner, of Shawano, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2015, in Madison. A time to remember and celebrate the life of Michelle will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2015, at Zion Lutheran Church in Shawano. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. with a memorial service to follow at 11 a.m.
Donna Andrews
Donna Andrews, 80, of Minocqua, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday afternoon, April 18, 2015, at the Seasons of Life Hospice Home in Woodruff. Donna was born May 17, 1934, in Shawano, daughter of the late Frank “Butch” and Ottilie “Tillie” Krueger. On Dec. 15, 1956, she was united in marriage to Lloyd “Duke” Andrews at St. James Lutheran Church of Shawano.
Nancy L. Miller
Nancy Lee Miller, 77, of Shawano, passed away on April 21, 2015, in Shawano. Nancy was born on May 8, 1937, in Milwaukee to the late Henry and Ethel (Hoppe) Lohrentz. She graduated from Shawano High School in 1955. On May 5, 1962, Nancy was united in marriage to James O. Miller at Zion Lutheran Church in Gresham. James preceded her in death on May 17, 2000. Nancy was a hard worker and farmed for many years until her retirement.
Clintonville industrial park has water issues
Walker Forge and Converting Incorporated, industries located on Spring Street in the Clintonville Industrial Park, are experiencing major water problems. There has been a lot of development in the area and some of the areas that once stored water have been filled in with concrete. The parking lot is flooded at Converting.
