• Lee E. Lindner, 38, Shawano, pleaded no contest May 28 to two counts of first-degree reckless homicide by delivering drugs, four counts of manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession with intent to distribute amphetamine or methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver narcotics, receiving stolen property, and manufacture with intent to deliver fentanyl. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him to 30 years in prison followed by 17 years of extended supervision with conditions.

• Deon L. Duke, 47, listed as homeless, pleaded no contest Aug. 26 to throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a public safety officer or prosecutor, making terrorist threats, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and a misdemeanor charge o resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma sentenced him to 12 months in prison followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.

• Feleesha J. Bruette, 35, Bowler, was charged Aug. 25 with four counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of sending a threatening or obscene computer message and disorderly conduct. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 28.

• Xadriene N. Wayka, 20, Shawano, was charged Aug. 25 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, and nine counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond. In a separate file, Wayka was charged with threat to cause bodily harm to certain individuals involved with a court system or legal system, seven counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing in both cases for Sept. 2.

• Luke Aiello, 39, Caroline, was charged Aug. 25 with two counts of child abuse intentionally causing harm, four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 7.

• Mary K. Krueger, 57, Shawano, was charged Aug. 26 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (seventh, eighth, or ninth offense), first-degree recklessly endangering safety, six counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $15,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 4.

• Cassidy R. Halstead, 24, New London, was charged Aug. 27 with two counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and single misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 11.

• Deserae S. Jacobs, 20, Bowler, was charged Aug. 29 with possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 27.

• Dshawn M. Peterson, 19, Neopit, was charged Aug. 29 with burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon, theft of movable property-special facts, six counts of felony bail jumping, four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property. Kussel set a $50,000 cash bond.

In a separate file, Peterson was charged with three more counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond.

In a third file, Peterson was charged with an additional three counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of retail theft. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing in all three cases for Sept. 3.
