Shawano County Board Supervisor Charles Anderson resigned his post Aug. 18.
In his resignation letter, Anderson wrote, “As of this date for health issues I hereby resign the position of county supervisor.”
Anderson was elected to represent District 5 in April with four write-in votes.
Curtis Naja, the previous incumbent, chose to not seek reelection. There was no candidate on the ballot or official write-in candidate in the election.
The district includes Wards 9 and 10 in the city of Shawano.
