Nancy Lou (Nietzer) Shampo, 69, died unexpectedly at her home in her favorite place on Earth, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Oct. 29, 2020. Nancy was born in Gresham on Sept. 30, 1951, to Louise and Theodore Nietzer. She was united in marriage to James Shampo in the summer of 1970. He preceded her in death on March 28, 2017. She was united in marriage to Walter Felty on March 21, 2018. Nancy enjoyed life to the fullest and on her own terms.

Richard L. Garbelman died peacefully on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Mariposa Hospice House in The Villages, Florida. He was 73. He was born on Jan. 8, 1947, in St. Charles, Illinois. Richard’s family moved to Wisconsin when he was 1 year old. Richard and his wife, Pat, moved to The Villages, in Lady Lake in 2019 for health reasons. They enjoyed all The Villages offered especially the entertainment and pools.

Gary Vincent Burden, 70, Green Bay, passed away at home on Oct. 22, 2020. Gary was born on Nov. 5, 1949, in Shell Lake to Paul V. and Virginia M. Burden. He was a 1968 graduate of Spooner High School, Spooner. On June 15, 1969, Gary married Deborah Ann Griffin in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Gary worked all his life in the veneer and hardwood plywood industry, ending his career as co-owner of Burkel-Piette in Oconto Falls.

Jerry M. Brandt, 79, of Shawano, passed away Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 27, 2020, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay where he had been a patient for the past three weeks. Jerry was born Oct. 17, 1941, in Shawano, a son of the late Milton and Viola (Goree) Brandt. On Aug. 6, 1960, he was united in marriage to the former Amy Kay Clough. Jerry was employed at Hotz Manufacturing before beginning his own woodworking business.

Eldien A. Jarvis, 86, of Shawano, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2020 at Birch Hill Health Services from COVID-19. Eldien was born July 22, 1934, in Antigo, a daughter of the late Walter and Lucille (Nutmeg) Albrecht. She grew up in Antigo and graduated from Antigo High School. Following high school, she worked at the Southern Colony Group Home in Union Grove. On October 11, 1954, Eldien was united in marriage to Wayne E.

Linda J. Radtke, 72, of Shawano, formerly Marion, passed away Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020, at ThedaCare Medical Center-Shawano. Beil-Didier Funeral Home, Clintonville, is assisting with the arrangements.
