Pulaski’s girls had 273 points and finished 10th, and Bonduel had 362 and placed 14th among 19 teams in Oshkosh.

West De Pere Invite

Oconto Falls volleyball continued its impressive season, going 5-0 at the West De Pere Invite and capturing the tournament championship. With the perfect tournament performance, the Panthers improved to 25-4 on the season.

Oconto Falls’ football team snapped a two-game skid in Packerland Conference play Sept. 25 with a big night of offense in a 54-24 win over Sturgeon Bay.

The Panthers were the only area team besides Bonduel to pick up a win in Week 6, as Wittenberg-Birnamwood, Pulaski, Shawano, Suring, Marion/Tigerton and Lena/STAA lost their games.

Tigerton 3, Bowler 1

The Tigers hosted CWC North foe Bowler in their homecoming match and defeated the Panthers 3-1 in a back-and-forth contest with set scores of 25-20, 20-25, 25-18 and 25-13.

Jim Bremser Memorial XC Meet

The Oconto Falls girls earned 149 points to place fourth among 13 large school teams in Mishicot.

Ellie Beschta placed 36th in 22:41.3, and Ava Holtz was 37th in 22:42.9. Alexandria Braund was right behind in 38th place in 22:52.1.

The boys collected 179 points and placed sixth among 12 large school teams.

Pulaski 6, Manitowoc Lincoln 0

The Red Raiders cruised to a 6-0 win over the visiting Ships of Manitowoc Lincoln.

Pulaski got first half goals from Max Mondloch, Walker Wozniak and Kevin Cruz Lagunes.

The Red Raiders added three more in the second half courtesy of Wozniak’s second, Miles Mondloch and Daenen Kehoe.
