Carleton P. DeWitt

Carleton Peter DeWitt, 92, of Oconto, passed from this life to eternal life on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at his daughter’s home in Tomball, Texas. Peter was born on Feb. 19, 1929, to Donald and Eleanor Holt DeWitt, the second of three boys. His brothers were Douglas and Robert DeWitt, who preceded him in death in 2005 and 1972, respectively. In his youth, Pete was an avid sailor as well as an amateur radio operator.
Shirley M. Fiala
Shirley Marie Fiala gained her angel wings Nov. 12, 2020. Born on March 24, 1931, Shirley was the oldest of four children born of her parents, Gladys and Raymond Sager. In her early years, Shirley grew up on a farm, first in Kewaunee and later in Oconto and Suring.
Lyle L. Grosskopf

Grosskopf was born on June 14, 1943, to the late Clarence “Spitz” and Mabel (Blumreich) Grosskopf.

Mitchell A. Penney, 67, of Clintonville, passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at McKinley House in Clintonville. The Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home and Crematory in Clintonville is assisting his family.
Richard W. Kuepper
Richard W. “Dick” Kuepper, 83, of Shawano, passed away peacefully early Saturday morning, March 13, 2021, at Birch Hill in Shawano. Dick was born on Oct. 5, 1937, in Milwaukee, a son of Charles and Mildred (Dunlap) Kuepper. Richard excelled at athletics, lettering in football and track, setting several records. After graduating high school, Richard moved to San Antonio, Texas, to attend Trinity University.
Elizabeth M. Cornelius
Elizabeth M. Cornelius, 79, of Clintonville, formerly of Tigerton, passed away surrounded by family on Sunday morning, March 14, 2021, at Evergreen Health Services in Shawano. Elizabeth had been ill for the past few years with multiple health complications. She made her home with the late Howard Bird in Tigerton. Elizabeth was born on April 22, 1941, in Tigerton as the daughter of the late John and Eva Jane (Christjohn) Cornelius.
Enid E. Krueger
Enid E. Krueger, 84, of Cottage Grove, passed away Monday, March 15, 2021, at Capri Memory Care in Cottage Grove. The Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home and Crematory in Clintonville is assisting the Krueger family with the arrangements.
