Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him Dec. 1 to five years in prison followed by seven years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Duane G. Chapman, 24, Clintonville, pleaded no contest Dec. 3 to failure to report to the county jail. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to 60 days in jail.
• Alejandra M. Ovalle, 24, New London, pleaded no contest Dec. 3 to misdemeanor bail jumping. The charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Sloma levied fines and costs totalling $705.
• Kennedy P. Courchaine, 61, formerly Gillett, pleaded no contest Oct. 14 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth offense). Kussel sentenced him Dec. 5 to 30 months in prison, followed by 42 months of extended supervision.
• Shauna M. Bradbury, 38, Cecil, was charged Dec. 1 with bribery of a public official, six counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of theft and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $15,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 5.
• Robert A. Hansen, 53, Suamico, was charged Dec. 1 with possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony. Sloma set a $2,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 9.
• Vincent J. Witterholt, 35, Shawano, was charged Dec. 1 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $2,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 2.
• Nicole M. Murphy, 29, Shawano, was charged Dec. 2 with four counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of theft. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 25.
• Corey A. Tucker, 39, Shawano, was charged Dec. 2 with battery and disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater, victim intimidation, possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 3.
• Jesse J. Engel, 44, Shawano, appeared for an extradition hearing Dec. 2 before Sloma, who set a $24,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 8.
• Landon J. Duffeck, 20, Green Bay, was charged Dec. 2 with escape from criminal arrest and misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 23.
• Paula A. Pamanet, 45, Keshena, was charged Dec. 3 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 16.
• Marjorie L. Komanekin, 37, Suring, was charged Dec. 3 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 10.
• Avion A. Aleman, 20, Shawano, was charged Dec. 3 with felony bail jumping, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 26.
• Trace J. McKay, 60, Shawano, was charged Dec. 3 with possession of cocaine (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 16.
• David A. Hance, 61, Birnamwood, was charged Dec. 4 with first-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and endangering safety through the use of a dangerous weapon. Sloma set a $15,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for March 3.
• Kenneth W. Lasiuk, 40, Wausau, was charged Dec. 5 with theft in a business setting. Sloma set a $10,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for March 3.
