A $10,000 cash bond for Richard K. Garrigan II, 21, Oconto Falls, has been revoked. He is accused of being a repeater of delivering a controlled substance on May 2, 2012, in Oconto, and armed robbery on June 21, 2011, in Oconto. A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 11.
Sentencing will take place Feb. 11 for Heith M. Warner, 42, Oconto Falls. He pleaded no contest to a charge of manufacturing with intent to deliver a controlled substance on April 18 in Oconto Falls. His $10,000 signature bond continues.
Desirae L. LaFortune, 33, Hobart, made an initial appearance on a charge of interfering with custody of her two children on Dec. 1 in Oconto Falls. Her appearance is continued to Jan. 16, and a $2,500 signature bond was furnished.
An arraignment will take place Feb. 12 for Austin R. Johnson, 18, Freedom. He is charged with identity theft for financial gain on June 22 in the town of Spruce. His $2,500 signature bond continues.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled Jan. 16 for Aaron D. Yokeum, 35, Mountain. He faces charges of repeatedly causing substantial battery and repeated disorderly conduct, which allegedly took place Sept. 21 in the town of Mountain. A $1,000 cash bond continues.

A scheduling conference will be held Jan. 9 for Danielle M. Donaldson, 20, Green Bay. She is accused of being party to burglary while arming herself with a dangerous weapon, three counts of being party to theft, and a charge of being party to burglary, which all allegedly occurred May 30 in the town of Little Suamico. Her $5,000 cash bond continues.
A pretrial conference will Jan. 9 for John P. Kollman, 34, Green Bay. He is accused of being party to two counts of theft and a charge of being party to burglary, which allegedly took place May 10 in the town of Chase. His status conference will take place Jan. 9, and his $500 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing was held for Ronald R. Griffin II, 41, Oconto. He is charged with third degree sexual assault, which allegedly took place May 14 in Oconto and with second degree sexual assault, false imprisonment and battery from an incident on Aug. 18 in the town of Stiles. His arraignment will be Jan. 9, and a $30,000 cash bond continues.
Proceedings from Dec. 6
A plea and sentencing hearing will be held Dec. 18 for Joshua P. Smet, 24, Gillett. He is charged with, as a repeater, being party to burglary, party to theft and party to obstructing an officer on Sept. 20 in Gillett. His bond was reduced from $1,500 cash to $1,000 cash.
An initial appearance was held for Samantha L. Smith, 18, Oconto, who is accused of felony bail jumping on Dec. 5. Her appearance will continue Jan. 9. Her bond of $10,000 for this case and three prior cases continues.
An arraignment will take place Dec. 18 for Mark H. Woods, 58, Oconto Falls. He was arrested Sept. 22 in Oconto Falls for strangulation and suffocation, disorderly conduct and battery. A $2,000 cash bond continues.
