William J. Rebholz

William John Rebholz, 72, of Griffin, passed away Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020 at Select Medical Midtown Hospital. Mr. Rebholz was born in Big Bend on Sept. 19, 1947. He was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Florence Rebholz; sisters Norma Jean Stemper, Janice Waltz, Rosemary Juranitch and Karen Hokanstad. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in the Vietnam War and a member of the West Sunny Side Community Church. Mr.

Floyd Carl ‘Twig’ Hartwig
Floyd C. “Twig” Hartwig, 92, of Shawano, passed away Jan. 10, 2020, surrounded by his family. Floyd was born in Gresham on April 24, 1927, to Leonard “Shorty” and Dorothy (Fischer) Hartwig. Twig proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War and received the Purple Heart. On July 5, 1951, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Shawano, Twig was united in marriage to Valda Miller, who preceded him death on Feb. 5, 2007.
Theodore J. Vomastic
Theodore J. “Teddy” Vomastic, 72, of Shawano, formerly of the town of Waukechon, found peace on Thursday afternoon, Jan. 9, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. Ted was born Nov. 17, 1947, in Shawano, a son of the late Harold and Myra (Berndt) Vomastic. He attended a one-room schoolhouse, the Riverside School, in the town of Waukechon with the school’s last eighth grade class.
Rebecca B. Wilber
Rebecca B. “Becky” Wilber, 62, Green Bay, passed away Friday, Jan. 10, 2020. She was born Dec. 1, 1957, to the late Robert Sr. and Mary (Stevens) Wilber. Becky was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and loved Aaron Rodgers. She also enjoyed watching scary movies, especially ones with Chucky in them.
Madylyn Miron Sleeman
Madylyn Miron Sleeman, 91, of Cecil, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2020. She was born in Escanaba, Michigan, to George and Leona (Bordeau) Miron on Aug. 19, 1928. She was raised in Aurora and was a graduate of Kingsford, Michigan, High School. Madylyn was an employee of Robert W. Barid and Co., Milwaukee, for 37 years. She married David Sleeman in 1968. David preceded her in death on Dec. 31, 2019, after 51 years of marriage.
Susan L. Schuster
Susan Lynn Schuster, 85, passed peacefully the evening of Jan. 1, 2020, after a long battle with dementia. Mom lived each day with purpose, optimism, empathy and sincere kindness and compassion for anyone who crossed her path. She never hesitated to stop to help a stranger, greet a friend, pet a dog or admire anything nature put in her path. Susan was born on May 16, 1934, in Elcho to Earl (Buck) and Sylvia Weaver.
