A preliminary hearing will be held Jan. 28 for Keith A. Manecke, 51, Gillett. He is accused of strangulation and suffocation, battery and disorderly conduct, which allegedly took place Dec. 20 in the town of Underhill. A $500 cash bond was posted.
A pretrial conference will take place Feb. 13 for Dennis P. Arendt, 18, Oconto. He was arrested for second degree sexual assault of a child, which allegedly occurred between Oct. 15 and Nov. 20 in Oconto. His $20,000 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be held Feb. 14 for Sherry L. Humblet, 43, Lena, who faces a charge of theft of movable property, which allegedly took place between March 1 and Oct. 13 in Oconto. She allegedly took lottery tickets without paying for them from Oconto Mobil Mart, where she was employed. A $1,000 signature bond continues.
An arraignment will be held Jan. 17 for Timur A. Fursov, 18, Little Suamico. He was arrested for felony bail jumping on Aug. 11. His $10,000 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be held Jan. 24 for Nicholas M. Lane, 29, Oconto, who faces charges of disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer and two charges of felony bail jumping, from Nov. 1. The court set a $10,000 cash bond.
A preliminary hearing will be held Jan. 16 for Keith A. Smet, 26, Belmont, N.C. He is accused of repeated sexual assault of a child, which allegedly took place between June 1 and Sept. 30. A $50,000 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be held Jan. 16 for Justin L. Douglas, 31, Kimberly. He faces charges of being party to burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon, party to burglary and five counts of being party to theft. The crimes allegedly took place June 12, 2012, in the town of Underhill.

Sentencing will be held March 10 for Laura L. Dey, 34, Oconto Falls. She entered no contest pleas to being party to burglary July 15 and July 24, party to theft between July 16 and 24, party to theft July 10,all in Oconto Falls, to retail theft Sept. 12, in Oconto, and two counts of felony bail jumping July 12 and Sept. 18. Her $15,000 signature bond continues.
Proceedings from Jan. 7
An arraignment will be held Feb. 21 for Nathan M. Belongia, 18, Oconto. He is accused of throwing or discharging bodily fluids at a public safety worker, resisting an officer and disorderly conduct, which allegedly took place Sept. 9 in Oconto. His $5,000 signature bond continues.
A status conference will take place Feb. 13 for Ashly J. Toth, 31, Oconto Falls. She is charged with physical abuse of child intentionally causing bodily harm on Sept. 28, 2012, and physical abuse of a child Dec. 16, 2012, both in Oconto Falls, and with disorderly conduct and felony bail jumping Dec. 13. A $1,000 cash bond continues.
Terrence L. Vanhoosen, 46, Lena, was sentenced for driving while intoxicated, fourth offense. A one-year jail sentence was imposed and stayed, and he was placed on probation two years with the conditions he pay fines and court costs of $3,268 and a $200 DNA surcharge and spend 150 days in jail. His driving license is revoked 36 months, and an ignition interlock was imposed for 36 months. He is to have no alcohol, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia and must attend alcohol assessment and follow through.
Proceedings from Jan. 6
An initial appearance was held for Martin W. Kleczka, 53, Abrams, who is accused of telephone harassment on Oct. 15 in Oconto. His bond was set at $1,000 signature.
Amanda L. Andrews, Oconto, entered not guilty pleas to second degree endangering another’s safety and disorderly conduct. She was arrested Oct. 17 in the town of Stiles. Her pretrial conference will take place Feb. 13, and her $500 cash bond continues.
Proceedings from Jan. 3
Darryl J. LaRock, 34, Oconto, was sentenced to a year in jail on a charge of battery and a year in jail on a second charge of repeated battery, to run concurrently. He was arrested June 7 and June 14, both in Suring. He is to pay fines and court costs totaling $886.
