Christopher R. Nelson, 28, Coleman, made an initial appearance on charges of being party to theft, party to operating another’s vehicle without consent and party to entering a locked building, all which allegedly took place between Jan. 11 and 14 in the town of Townsend. His bond was set at $1,500 cash, with his case continued to Feb. 13.
An initial appearance was held for Howard R. Lucas, 39, Green Bay. He is accused of being party to theft, party to operating another’s vehicle without consent and party to entering a locked building. The offenses allegedly occurred between Jan. 11 and 14 in the town of Townsend. A $1,500 cash bond was set, and his appearance is continued to Feb. 13.
Daniel B. Schuettpelz, 34, Sobieski, made an initial appearance on a charge of driving while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense. He was arrested Jan. 15 in the town of Little Suamico. A $2,000 cash bond was set. His appearance is continued to Feb. 13.
Scott J. Fuelle, 26, Pound, entered a guilty plea to hit and run causing injury on April 25 in the town of Lena. His sentencing will take place March 3, and his $2,500 signature bond continues.
An arraignment is scheduled Feb. 17 for Aaron D. Yokeum, 35, Mountain. He faces charges of repeated battery and disorderly conduct, which allegedly took place Sept. 21 in the town of Mountain. His $1,000 cash bond continues.
An arraignment will be held Jan. 24 for Keith A. Smet, 24, Oconto. He faces a charge of repeated sexual assault of a child, which allegedly occurred between June and September 2012 in Oconto Falls. A $50,000 cash bond continues.
Alexander J. Harris, 19, Oconto Falls, made an initial appearance on charges of battery and disorderly conduct stemming from domestic abuse on Jan. 15 in Oconto Falls. His appearance is continued to Feb. 13, and a $500 cash bond was set.
An arraignment is Jan. 24 for Justin L. Douglas, 31, Portage. He is charged with five counts of being party to theft, a charge of being party to burglary and to being party to burglary arming himself with a dangerous weapon, all which allegedly took place June 12, 2012, in the town of Underhill. His $10,000 cash bond continues.
A bench warrant for the arrest of Patrick M. Heath, 32, Scott City, Kan., was cancelled, and he appeared in court for driving while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense, with a minor child in the vehicle. He was arrested June 15 in the town of Mountain. He also faces a felony bail jumping charge from Sept. 16. His appearance is continued to Feb. 13, and a $25,000 cash bond was set.
Proceedings from Jan. 13
Sentencing for Shawn L. Kramer, 49, Lena, is March 10. He entered no contest pleas to driving while intoxicated, fifth offense, which occurred Feb. 18, 2012, in the town of Lena. He also faced two counts of felony bail jumping, and his $850 cash bond was revoked. He remains in custody until his sentencing.
Alexander S. Arias, 18, Green Bay, pleaded not guilty to exposing his genitals or pubic area on March 1 and Nov. 2, 2012, in the town of Mountain. His $10,000 signature bond continues, and his pretrial conference will take place March 31.

An initial appearance will continue Feb. 13 for Cory R. Basten, 24, Mountain. He is accused of taking and driving another’s vehicle without consent on Oct. 11 or 12 in the town of Little Suamico. His $200 cash bond continues.
