Alexa Frechette pins a police badge on the chest of her husband, Dillon Frechette, as he’s officially sworn in as an officer of the Shawano Police Department on Nov. 12 at Shawano City Hall. City Clerk Lesley Nemetz administered the oath of office, and Dillon Frechette is the third officer with that last name.
