Jane E. Sutrick went home on March 22, 2023, at age 69. She was born on March 18, 1954, to the late Ken and Alice (Olsen) Davis. She graduated from Gillett High School in 1972. On Feb. 26, 1981, she married Al Sutrick and raised a blended family together. Jane was a dedicated and loyal person; she dedicated her life to her family, friends and career. Another passion for her was trapshooting with Pam and Marilyn.

Violet Gladys Putnam, 102, a lifelong resident of Oconto Falls, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Meadowbrook nursing home surrounded by her family and friends. She was born on Sept. 10, 1920, the 10th child of 13, to the late Abraham and Mary (Rowell) Hyland. She was united in marriage on Oct. 31, 1937, to Kendall Putnam in Iron Mountain, Michigan. He preceded her in death in 1955.

John Charles Rowell Sr., 78, of Pound, passed away peacefully at home with his loving family by his side on March 15, 2023. He was born to the late Charles and Louise (Race) Rowell on Nov. 21, 1944, in Oconto Falls. He graduated from Oconto Falls High School. He farmed in the local area for many years until he began working as a truck driver until retirement.

Drath, on March 15, 1985, at St. Martin Lutheran Church in Clintonville.
