Dawn A.C. Welch

Dawn A.C. Welch, 85, of Bowler, passed away on Dec. 27, 2020. Dawn was born July 1, 1935, to the late Otto G. and Roberta (Lamb) Hass in Shawano. In 1953, she began employment with Northwestern Life Insurance Company in Milwaukee. On Feb. 6, 1954, she was united in marriage to Ralph Welch at Old Stockbridge Presbyterian Church. In 1985, they moved from Milwaukee to Bowler. Dawn enjoyed quilting and sewing, traveling with family and camping.
Rebecca ‘Becca’ Reinke
Rebecca “Becca” Reinke, 34, of Mountain, and her husband, Joe, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, Dec. 26, 2020. Becca was born March 31, 1986, to Tony and Karen (Dunks) Powers in Green Bay. She graduated from Shawano Community High School in 2004. Becca went on to receive her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. In 2008, she met her “Joey,” and their personalities complimented each other’s perfectly.
Joseph ‘Joe’ Reinke
Joseph “Joe” Reinke, 39, of Mountain, and his wife, Becca, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, Dec. 26, 2020. Joe was born in Shawano on Feb. 20, 1981, to the joy of his parents, Rodney and Kathryn (Steenbock) Reinke. The oldest of three children, he was a great older brother and took his younger brother under his wing and allowed his little sister to tag along, as well.
Charles ‘Chuck’ Adams
Charles “Chuck” Adams, 66, Marion, passed away on Dec. 26, 2020, at his home, surrounded by family. Charles Albert Adams was born Jan. 4, 1954, at Clintonville Hospital to Eugene and Doris (May) Adams. He grew up in Marion and graduated from Marion High School in 1972. Chuck was united in marriage on Nov. 4, 1978, to Joni K. Wendler at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Wittenberg.
Jon C. Topping
Jon C. Topping, 45, Oconto Falls, died suddenly Tuesday evening, Dec. 29, 2020, in ICU at a Green Bay hospital following complications from COVID. The oldest of three children was born July 9, 1975, in Oconto Falls to Kenneth and Judith (Wise) Topping. Jon grew up in Lena and attended public schools. On July 21, 2017, he married Jennifer Thorp in Oconto Falls.
Theodore John ‘Jessie’ Gauthier Sr.
Theodore John “Jessie” Gauthier Sr., Indian name Sapatis, 86, of Neopit, began his journey to the spirit world on Friday, Dec. 11, 2020. Jessie was born July 8, 1934, to the late Peter Gauthier and Ruby (Bowman) Dodge in Neopit. He went on to serve his country in the United States Army and is a Korean War veteran. Jessie spent 71 years with the love of his life, Cynthia Winneshiek. He lived most of his life on the Menominee Indian Reservation.
Diane V. Foth
Diane V. Foth, 75, of Wittenberg, died unexpectedly on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2020, at Cloverleaf Terrace in Birnamwood. Diane was born Jan. 28, 1945, in Elderon, the daughter of Ernest and Kathryn (Plaski) Kluck. On Sept. 4, 1965, Diane was united in marriage to Wesley Foth in Birnamwood. He preceded her in death on Aug.
