Lorna J. Dreher passed away on March 27, 2022, at St. Peter’s Hospice in Albany, New York. Lorna was born July 22, 1943, to Henry and Barbara Dreher of Shawano. She graduated from Shawano Senior High School in 1961. She married Jon Buth of Shawano in 1965. Their son, Jay, was born in Hawaii in 1969, while his dad was stationed at Hickam Field AFB. The family moved to North Carolina in 1972.

Allan R. Wilke Sr., 96, passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2022, in Shawano. He was born Nov. 23, 1925, to the late William Wilke Sr. and Edna (Zeroith) Wilke in Lena. He graduated from Gillett High School with the Class of 1943. Allan served in the United States Army in World War II. He was joined in marriage to Delores Martin in November 1952 in Keshena.

Kathleen “Kay” Norrbom, 83, of Eland, died peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Thursday, June 16, 2022. Kay was born on May 10, 1939, in Birnamwood, the daughter of Werner and Laura (Buss) Wolfinger. Kay graduated high school as the salutatorian. On Feb. 6, 1960, Kay was united in marriage to David Norrbom at the former St. William Catholic Church in Eland. Kay worked at the Eland Post Office and was a former treasurer for St.

Norman E. Olson, 92, Peshtigo, formerly Gillett, died Friday morning, June 10, 2022, at Bay Area Medical Center in Marinette. He was born Dec. 24, 1929, in the Gillett area to Albert and Laura (Larson) Olson. Norman grew up on the family farm in rural Gillett where he learned how to own and operate a successful farm. On Aug. 28, 1953, he married Helen Heise.

Beverly “Bev” Kratz, 83, Oconto Falls, died Friday morning, June 10, 2022, at St. Clare Hospital, Oconto Falls. She was born April 7, 1939, to Elmer and Elsie (Hansen) Everard. Bev grew up in Oconto Falls where she attend Degantown School, graduating Oconto Falls High School with the Class of 1957. As a young women, she worked at the original hospital as a nurse’s aide. On Aug. 23, 1958, she married Norman Kratz at St.

Betty Glynn of rural Oconto passed away peacefully on June 8, 2022. She was born in Highland on Nov. 10, 1925, to Andrew and Emma (Weis) Williams. Her formal name was Mary Elizabeth Glynn, but family and friends always knew her as Betty. She was valedictorian of her Highland High School class and went on to proudly graduate from the St. Mary’s School of Nursing in Milwaukee.
