• Joseph A. Andrus, 29, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest July 23 to three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense), operating while revoked, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to 180 days in county jail, time deemed served.
• Patrick A. Mays, 28, Milwaukee, pleaded no contest July 23 to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Sloma levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to 60 days in county jail.
• Christine E. Pelky, 36, Bear Creek, pleaded no contest July 23 to taking and driving a vehicle without consent. Sloma imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed her on three years of probation with conditions.
• John J. Aguilar, 50, Keshena, was charged July 20 with possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $250 cash bond. In a separate file, Aguilar was charged with felony bail jumping, a misdemeanor count of violating a restraining order and misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing in both cases for July 24.
• Philip E. Boyd, 50, Shawano, was charged July 20 with three counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 24.
• Marc J. Bernarde, 57, Gresham, was charged July 20 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense). Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 29.
• Garrett L. Banuelos, 39, Wittenberg, was charged June 10 with first-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 13. Sloma set a $50,000 signature bond on July 21 and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 21.
• Stephanie L. McGeshick, 39, Antigo, was charged May 7 with three counts of forgery-uttering and three counts of felony bail jumping. She failed to appear for her initial court appearance July 21, so Sloma authorized a $500 bench warrant for her arrest.
• Hayden F. Kakwitch, 20, Shawano, was charged May 7 with false imprisonment, strangulation and suffocation, and disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond on July 21 and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 14.
• Stewart L. Herrera, 41, Laona, was charged May 7 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Sloma set a $500 signature bond on July 21 and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 23.
• Andres Garcia, 42, Gillett, was charged June 10 with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,500 signature bond on July 21 and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 25.
• Michael J. Anthony, 39, Shawano, was charged June 10 with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,500 signature bond on July 21 and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 29.
• Henry M. Johnson, 40, Bowler, was charged June 16 with conspiracy to manufacture with intent to distribute cocaine. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond on July 21 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 6.
• Anna Marie Lucier, 37, Bowler, was charged July 16 with misappropriating ID information to obtain money, felony theft and felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $7,000 signature bond on July 21 and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 19.
• Edward A. LaRock, 41, Peshtigo, was charged July 15 with possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He failed to appear July 22 for his initial appearance in this case and a plea/sentencing hearing on two other cases, and Sloma issued a bench warrant for his arrest.
• Anthony C. Hendrix, 32, Shawano, was charged July 23 with four counts of a prisoner throwing or expelling bodily substances. Sloma set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 11.
• Andre Michael Lampinen, 20, Shawano, was charged July 23 with false imprisonment and misdemeanor charges of victim intimidation and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 14.
