• Cody L. McLester, 31, Oneida, pleaded no contest July 6 to a misdemeanor charge of criminal damage to property. The charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge William Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• McKenzie L. Boogren, 27, Shawano, pleaded no contest July 10 to possession of narcotic drugs and felony bail jumping. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed her on two years of probation with conditions.
• Bryon James Cole, 42, Adams, was charged July 6 with felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 13.
• Isabella S. Fonseca, 18, Keshena, was charged July 6 with possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 9.
• Curits W. Hoffman, 65, Phoenix, Arizona, was charged July 6 with false imprisonment and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $500 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 17.
• Antonio L. Perez, 22, Keshena, was charged July 6 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for July 7.
• Jacob J. Upton, 24, Cecil, was charged July 6 with felony theft and five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 9.
• David P. Kellogg, 44, Gillett was charged July 6 with felony theft and two counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 13.
• Latasha M. Teller, 35, Shawano, was charged July 8 with felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $2,000 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 17.
• Max G. Moede, 38, Shawano, was charged July 9 with assault by a prisoner. Kussel set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 1.
• Kyle A. Collins, 38, Shawano, was charged July 10 with four counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of cocaine, possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $50,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 13.
