WAMSCO holding 5th scavenger hunt

The Waterways Association of Menominee and Shawano Counties is holding its fifth annual Where’s WAMSCO event June 19 through July 19.

This is a family-friendly scavenger hunt adventure highlighting local waterways within the borders of Shawano County. There will be four “treasure boxes” placed strategically in recreational areas along waterways.

GED/HSED services now available at high school

Northcentral Technical College will offer grade-equivalency diploma and high school-equivalency diploma testing services at Wittenberg-Birnamwood High School, 400 W. Grand Ave., Wittenberg, beginning June 23.

Testing services will be available weekly from 3:30-6:30 p.m. Tuesdays.
