• Justin W. Craig, 40, Oconto, pleaded no contest May 20 to attempted battery to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system and a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge Jay Conley imposed and stayed a prison sentence July 20, then placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Christopher L. Uhl, 42, Marinette, waived extradition to Michigan during a July 22 hearing before Judge Hannah Schuchart.
• Samantha Lee Christie, 41, Shiocton, was charged July 20 with two counts of possession of an illegal article, one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance. Schuchart set a $2,000 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Aug. 13.
• Tony M. Tomcheck, 48, Suring, was charged July 20 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense), two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Schuchart set a $7,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 13.
• Dillon William Eckstein, 29, St. Edward, Nebraska, appeared July 20 pending extradition on a Nebraska fugitive warrant. After consulting with an attorney, Eckstein waived extradition during a July 21 hearing before Schuchart.
• Qwaunice Lashaye Tippitt, 32, San Antonio, Texas, appeared July 20 pending extradition on a Texas fugitive warrant. After consulting with an attorney, Tippett waived extradition during a July 21 hearing before Schuchart.
• April M. Westphal, 31, Suring, was charged July 22 with four counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Schuchart set a $1,750 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Aug. 13.
