Tickets cost $2 each or $5 for three. The drawing will take place at 4 p.m. at derby headquarters. Bucket raffles will be available throughout the day. Walleye wheel impulse raffles and live auctions will begin at 12:30 p.m. Burgers, brats and beverages will be served at Zippel Park. The Finnegan Lake Walleye Club is a nonprofit organization. Past club projects have included cleanup of the lake shoreline, improvement of the parking area to include picnic tables and grills, and construction of fish cribs. The club has installed a handicap-accessible dock and a state-of-the-art boat landing area. Every year the club sponsors scholarships at Gillett, Suring and Oconto Falls high schools and a youth fishing day in June, which was attended by more than 90 youth in 2013. The mission of the club is the stewardship of Finnegan Lake and the boat landing area.
