• Andrew B. Warrington, 38, Keshena, pleaded no contest Sept. 23 to a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. A related felony charge was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him to 30 days in county jail, time deemed served.

• Darius A. Wilber, 20, Keshena, pleaded no contest Sept. 23 to two counts of throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a public safety worker or prosecutor, and misdemeanor charges of operating a firearm while intoxicated, possession of THC and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on four years of probation with conditions.

• Virgil R. Wilber, 54, Neopit, pleaded no contest Sept. 24 to charges of battery and disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater, and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge William Kussel Jr. imposed and stayed a jail sentence, then placed him on three years of probation with conditions.

• Darrell C.D. Bolton, 37, Howard, pleaded guilty Sept. 24 to felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Kussel imposed and stayed a jail sentence, then placed him on 18 months of probation with conditions.

• Dianna L. Chevalier, 41, Shawano, pleaded no contest Sept. 24 to three counts of possession of methamphetamine and a single charge of felony bail jumping. Kussel levied fines and sentenced her to eight months in county jail.

• Shane J. Demoss, 44, Shawano, was charged Sept. 23 with the repeated sexual assault of the same child, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, child abuse intentionally causing harm and two counts of exposing his genitals to a child. Kussel set a $150,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 20.

• Shawn R. Homan, 51, Shawano, was charged Sept. 23 with battery and disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater. Kussel set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 4.

• Carl L. Miller, 67, Bowler, was charged Sept. 23 with two counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 29.

• Anna Marie Lucier, 36, Bowler, was charged Sept. 23 with two counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 29.

• Crystal M. Malone, 40, Bowler, was charged Sept. 23 with felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 29.

• Kussel ordered Lawrence Martin Maho, 62, Keshena, held without bond for up to 30 days while awaiting extradition to another state. He scheduled a status conference for Sept. 30.

• Paul C. Malone, 37, Bowler, was charged Sept. 24 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), two counts of throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a public safety officer or prosecutor, 12 counts of felony bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked, disorderly conduct and possession of THC. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 29.

• Sebastian Mendoza-Sanchez, 30, Wausau, was charged Sept. 25 with child abuse intentionally causing harm and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 5.

• Melissa S. Beechner, 43, Shawano, was charged Sept. 26 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 16.
