• Angelo Tyger Perez, 42, Keshena, had his probation revoked June 30 from a 2024 conviction for felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him Sept. 8 to one year in county jail.

• Anthony A. Moses, 28, Shawano, pleaded no contest Jan. 15 to repeated sexual assault of the same child, using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, child sexual exploitation, possession of child pornography, two counts of battery by prisoners and misdemeanor charges of battery and two counts of disorderly conduct. Kussel sentenced him Sept. 10 to eight years in prison followed by seven years of extended supervision with conditions.

• Carissa B. Peters, 39, Shawano, pleaded no contest Sept. 8 to a misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed weapon. A related felony charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Kussel levied fines and court costs totalling $1,133.

• Winter W. Waupoose, 22, Neopit, pleaded no contest Sept. 11 to possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed her on probation for three years with conditions.

• Kristine A. Olson, 61, Shawano, pleaded no contest Dec. 22 to possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping. Kussel imposed and stayed a prison sentence Sept. 8, then placed her on three years of probation with conditions.

• Coree T. Lauersdrof, 36, Shawano, pleaded no contest June 1 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), felony bail jumping, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked, violating an ignition interlock device order, and resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge Katherine Sloma imposed and stayed a prison sentence Sept. 10, then placed her on three years of probation with conditions.

• Wendi S. Lenzner, 51, Deerbrook, pleaded no contest Sept. 9 to possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony. Judge Gregory Jerabek levied fines and court costs and sentenced her to three days in county jail, time deemed served.

• Daniel S. Garrett, 39, Shawano, pleaded no contest Sept. 11 to possession of drug paraphernalia to produce or store methamphetamine, possession of cocaine (second or subsequent offense0, and a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma sentenced him to 18 months in prison followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions.

• Melissa M. Werner, 35, Reedsville, pleaded no contest Sept. 9 to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. A related felony bail jumping charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed her on two years of probation with conditions.

• Lucas Luzzani, 36, Davenport, Iowa, pleaded no contest Sept. 2 to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and victim intimidation. A related felony charge was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Sloma imposed and stayed a county jail sentence, then placed him on two years of probation with conditions.

• Corey A. Tucker, 40, Shawano, pleaded no contest Sept. 11 to possession of methamphetamine, intimidation of a domestic abuse victim and a misdemeanor charge of battery. Kussel sentenced him to two years in prison followed by four years of extended supervision with conditions.

• Kaylee F. Sheldon, 17, Appleton, was charged Sept. 8 with child abuse intentionally causing harm and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 9.

• Sandra M. Koszarek, 47, Shawano, was charged Sept. 8 with child abuse intentionally causing harm and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $3,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 16.

• David A. Faust, 37, Antigo, was charged Sept. 8 with felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $300 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 21.

• Andrew B. Warrington, 49, Keshena, was charged Sept. 8 with felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 13.

• Leon A. Nahwahquaw, 28, Shawano, was charged Sept. 8 with strangulation and suffocation, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 17.

• John J. Aguilar, 50, Keshena, was charged Sept. 8 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, six counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property. Sloma set a $6,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 16.

• Norbert L. Nunway Sr., 57, Keshena, was charged Sept. 8 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 16.

• Dean C. Schneider, 28, Shawano, was charged Sept. 8 with 12 counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense), operating while revoked, violating an ignition interlock device order and bail jumping. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 23.

• Brandon C. Duffy, 35, Green Bay, was charged Sept. 10 with possession of cocaine (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $750 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 28.

• Richard Ryan Welhouse, 48, Black Creek, was charged Sept. 10 with five counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $60,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 18.

• Wanda M. Summers, 34, Bonduel, was charged Sept. 10 with child abuse recklessly causing great harm, four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 15.
