Shawano-Menominee Court News

• Charley E. Estep, 40, Shawano, pleaded no contest Dec. 23 to possession of narcotic drugs. Judge William Kussel Jr. imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on two years of probation with conditions.

• Garrett L. West, 25, Mantachie, Mississippi, pleaded no contest Dec. 23 to two misdemeanor counts of battery and misdemeanor charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and fourth-degree sexual assault. A related felony charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Kussel levied court costs and sentenced him to 75 days in county jail.

• Angel E. Oshkeshequoam, 38, Shawano, was charged Dec. 22 with first-degree reckless homicide by delivering drugs. Her initial appearance has not yet taken place.

• Bernard G. Doud, 33, Neopit, was charged Dec. 23 with victim intimidation, robbery, four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond. In a separate filing, Doud was charged with two counts of felony bail jumping and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing in both cases for Dec. 29.

• Camellia R. Muhs, 35, Mattoon, was charged Dec. 23 with possession with intent to distribute amphetamine or methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, felony bail jumping, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony, a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and four counts of misdemeanor child neglect. Kussel set a $75,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 29.

• Corey A. Welch, 39, Mattoon, was charged Dec. 23 with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute amphetamine or methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, three counts of felony bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $75,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 29.

• Guy S. Pamonicutt, 25, Keshena, was charged Dec. 26 with substantial battery and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 2.
