• Colton R. Sucharda, 30, Shawano, pleaded no contest Dec. 15 to possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to 120 days in county jail.
• Devyn S. Snake, 26, De Pere, pleaded no contest Dec. 18 to possession of narcotic drugs. Judge William Kussel Jr. levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to 180 days in county jail.
• Tanner A. Freibel, 24, Suring, pleaded no contest Dec. 16 to possession of narcotic drugs and a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked. Kussel levied fines and court costs, sentenced him to 90 days in county jail and suspended his driver’s license for 120 days.
• Abbie J. Jobe, 41, Clintonville, pleaded no contest Dec. 15 to disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed her on two years of probation with conditions.
• Bryant C. Crain, 19, Chicago, pleaded no contest Dec. 17 to three counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on 10 years of probation with conditions.
• David Anthony Riva, 42, Marion, pleaded no contest Dec. 18 to first-degree recklessly endangering safety, three counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, criminal trespass and operating while revoked. Sloma imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on five years of probation with conditions.
• Jeremy D. Stewart, 37, Kenosha, pleaded no contest April 23 to fleeing an officer in his vehicle, second-degree recklessly endangering safety and possession with intent to distribute heroin. Sloma sentenced him Dec. 19 to 18 months in prison followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Cierra N. Bernarde, 30, pleaded no contest Dec. 19 to possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of narcotic drugs and felony bail jumping. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed her on four years of probation with conditions.
• Aquinnah J. Fish, 22, Green Bay, was charged Dec. 15 with felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Kussel set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 30.
• Royce E. LeRock, 24, Shawano, was charged Dec. 15 with battery to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system, throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a law officer, eight counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $6,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 23.
• Raymond J. LeRock, 28, Keshena, was charged Dec. 16 with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 19.
• Bart A. Basina, 29, Neopit, was charged Dec. 17 with possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of felony bail jumping, four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 20.
• Kane A. Peters, 19, Shawano, was charged Dec. 18 with eight counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $3,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 25.
• Aaron M. Vele, 35, Bowler, was charged Dec. 19 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 26.
