• Judge Katherine Sloma dismissed three cases dating back to 2020 and 2022 against Breanna M. Tindle, 32, of Clintonville, for lack of prosecution. During a Nov. 4 pre-trial hearing, Assistant District Attorney Edward Burke said a plea agreement offer had been started but not completed. Sloma said the defense attorney had asked for an offer since August 2024. She gave Burke until Nov. 11 to file an offer or else she would grant a defense motion to dismiss.
• Shaun J. Frank, 38, Wabeno, pleaded no contest Sept. 4 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (sixth offense) and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and bail jumping. Soma sentenced him Nov. 10 to one year in prison followed by four years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Christopher J. Keuschel, 43, Shawano, pleaded no contest Nov. 10 criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater, Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Chad W. DeMoss, 47, Marseilles, Illinois, formerly of Shawano, waived extradition to another state Nov. 10 in a case originally filed in October 2024.
• Holly E. Spink, 33, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Nov. 11 to a forfeiture offense of operating a motor vehicle without carrying a license. Two counts of felony bail jumping were dismissed in a plea agreement. Sloma levied fines and court costs totalling $217.10.
• Max J. Moede, 37, Shawano, was charged Nov. 10 with throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a public safety worker or prosecutor and felony bail jumping. In a separate file, Moede was charged Nov. 10 with two counts of disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater. Sloma set a $1,000 signature bond and a $1,500 cash bond, respectively, then scheduled a preliminary hearing in both cases for Nov. 17.
• Brandi L. Shawanokasic, 30, Neopit, was charged Nov. 10 with three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 13.
• Shannon L. Tucker, 33, Gresham, was charged Nov. 10 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor counts of child neglect and bail jumping. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 22.
• Brnadi K. Thelen, 28, Shawano, was charged Nov. 10 with possession of narcotic drugs, three counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $3,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 19.
• Joseph R. Caldwell, 30, Keshena, was charged Nov. 10 with two counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a scheduling conference for Nov. 26.
• Shyla L. Vele, 34, Bowler, was charged Nov. 11 with possession of methamphetamine and three counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond, ordered a competency evaluation, and scheduled a review hearing for Jan. 27.
• Richard J. Schreiber, 56, Gresham, was charged Nov. 14 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), three counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of retail theft, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and bail jumping. Court Commissioner Eric Hendrickson set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 21.
• Rene N. Santoni, 44, Wittenberg, was charged Nov. 14 with felony theft. Hendrickson set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 27.
