• Dawn L. Oshkeshequoam, 52, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Oct. 16 to operating a motor vehicle with a restricted controlled substance (fourth offense), possession of narcotic drugs, six counts of felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked and resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge Katherine Sloma withheld sentencing and placed her on three years of probation with conditions including 180 days in county jail.

• Noah B. Jones, 22, Shawano, pleaded no contest July 28 to injury by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, first-degree recklessly endangering safety and three counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety. Judge Leon Stenz withheld sentencing and placed him on five years of probation with conditions including a two-year revocation of his license.

• Michael T. Lawson, 62, Weston, pleaded no contest Oct. 15 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth offense) and three counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma sentenced him to 20 months in prison followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions including a three-year license revocation.

• William M. Stuiber, 52, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Oct. 13 to criminal damage to property and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Judge William Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions.

• Raymond J. LaRock, 28, pleaded no contest Oct. 16 to failure to report to county jail, fleeing an officer in his vehicle, possession of narcotic drugs, 10 counts of felony bail jumping, misdemeanor charges of possession of cocaine, money laundering and four misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions including nine months in county jail with Huber work-release privileges.

• Jeramy Gschwind, 54, Shawano, pleaded no contest Oct. 16 to burglary to a building or dwelling, four counts of felony bail jumping, one count of misdemeanor theft and two misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct. Kussel imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on four years of probation with conditions.

• Aaron T. Behling, 35, Shawano, was charged Oct. 13 with stalking, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), possession of methamphetamine, and a misdemeanor count of misusing a GPS device. Sloma set a $50,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 23.

• Todd A. Corn, 36, Shawano, was charged Oct. 13 with three counts of threatening to cause bodily harm to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system, as well as six counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 23.

• Leila C. Vele, 33, Bowler, was charged Oct. 13 with three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of theft. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 23.

• Jeremy W. Waubanascam, 33, Gresham, was charged Oct. 14 with strangulation and suffocation, battery and disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater, three counts of felony bail jumping and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 22.

• David G. Leatherberry, 43, Oshkosh, was charged Oct. 14 with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct and bail jumping. Sloma set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 9.

• Cory J. Phillips, 42, Shawano, was charged Oct. 16 with three counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 20.

• Dillon A. Wilber, 37, Keshena, was charged Oct. 16 with fleeing an officer with his vehicle and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 25.
