Pahl takes oath of office

Heather Pahl is sworn in as the newest member of the Shawano County Board on Sept. 24. She was appointed to fill the unexpired term of Annelies Hartwig, who resigned Aug. 29 after moving out of District 2 that includes Wards 3 and 4 in the city of Shawano.
