• Gregory Keith Dugan, 34, formerly of Little Suamico, had his probation revoked April 15 from a conviction earlier this year on misdemeanor charges of theft, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. The theft charge was amended from an original felony count. Judge James Morrison sentenced him July 31 to 18 months in prison followed by six months of extended supervision. Dugan was given credit for 310 days already served.

• Tasha M. Carter, 36, Pulaski, was charged Aug. 3 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of criminal trespass. Judge Hannah Schuchart set a $2,000 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Aug. 13.

• Samantha Jo Etersky, 38, Menominee, Michigan, was charged Aug. 3 with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and misdemeanor counts of possession of an illegally obtained prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Schuchart set a $50,000 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Aug. 13.

• Steven Dale Edwards, 53, Marinette, was charged Aug. 3 with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and misdemeanor counts of possession of an illegally obtained prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping. Schuchart set a $100,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 13.

• Kevin Allen Newhouse, 53, Little Suamico, was charged Aug. 5 with battery and disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater. Conley set a $3,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 13.
