• Ethan Curtis Wykle, 32, Oconto, pleaded no contest March 19 to third-degree sexual assault. Hoffman sentenced him May 12 to five years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Carrie M. Hannen, 49, pleaded no contest May 12 to misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Related felony charges were dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Hoffman withheld sentencing and placed her on one year of probation with conditions.
• Jade L Depaoli, 30, Green Bay, pleaded no contest May 12 to child neglect and misdemeanor counts of intentionally providing improper and unsanitary shelter for animals. Judge James Morrison approved a deferred judgment agreement for the felony and placed her on one year of probation with conditions for the misdemeanors.
• Xavier C. McGhee, 37, no address listed, waived extradition to Mississippi, where he is wanted on a fugitive warrant.
• Andrew Carver Smith, 34, Sobieski, was charged May 11 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Judge Jay Conley set a $1,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 18.
• Dantae Hakeem Cayton, 28, Lena, was charged May 12 with false imprisonment, strangulation and suffocation, and misdemeanor charges of battery, disorderly conduct, and resisting or obstructing an officer. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 18.
• Kendra Marie Malouf, 25, Oconto Falls, was charged May 14 with two counts of chronic child neglect resulting in bodily harm and one count of child abuse by failing to prevent bodily harm. Hoffman set a $10,000 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until June 18.
• Kohl Gene Johnson, 29, Oconto Falls, was charged May 14 with two counts of physical abuse of a child by repeated acts causing bodily harm, strangulation and suffocation, and a misdemeanor count of intentionally mistreating animals. Hoffman set a $25,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 18.
• Steven M. Ducat, 39, Oconto, was charged May 15 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense) and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Court Commissioner Jacob Evans set a $2,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 18.
