• Trevon Alexander Harper, 25, Kimberly, had his probation revoked Oct. 30 after a 2024 conviction on misdemeanor charges of escape while being charged with a juvenile ordinance violation and operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked. Judge Michael Judge sentenced him Dec. 12 to seven months in county jail with Huber work-release privileges. He received credit for 85 days already served in jail.
• Jerome J. Pomeroy, 63, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Dec. 12 t0 operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (10th or subsequent offense). Judge sentenced him to eight years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions, in addition to a sentence he is currently serving at Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun.
• Paul R. Kozlowski, 55, Abrams, pleaded no contest Dec. 12 for capturing an intimate representation. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Robert R. Fredenburgh, 38, Oconto, was charged Dec. 8 with substantial battery, battery to a health care worker or family, and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Judge Jay Conley set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 11.
• Aaron J. Nicholson, 23, Oconto, was charged Dec. 9 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery, criminal damage to property, sending a computer message to threaten injury or harm, and two counts of disorderly conduct. Conley set a $2,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Jan. 15.
