• Douglas Andrew Delveaux, 53, Oconto, pleaded no contest Dec. 1 to two misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct. A related felony count was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Michael Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.

• Bernie J. Cudnohosky, 78, Pound, pleaded no contest Dec. 1 to a sex registry violation. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions including nine months in county jail.

• Jenna R. Garrigan, 46, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest Dec. 1 to interfering with the child custody of another parent. Judge withheld sentencing and placed her on two years of probation with conditions including nine months in county jail.

• Tiffany L. Champagne, 31, Pound, pleaded no contest Sept. 17 to three counts of possession of methamphetamine, two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge withheld sentencing Dec. 4 and placed her on three years of probation with conditions including 279 days in jail time served and 100 hours of community service.

• Robert P. Shampo Jr., 34, Oconto, pleaded no contest Dec. 5 to battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law officer. Judge levied costs of $538 and sentenced him to 423 days time served in jail.

• Brian Larry Snow, 64, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest Dec. 5 to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. The latter charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.

• Michael R. Mayville, 59, Abrams, was charged Dec. 1 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a concealed knife. Judge Jay Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 11.

• Clyde Alan Geimer, 55, Amberg, was charged Dec. 2 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked, violating an ignition interlock device order and possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 11.

• Jacob S. Chilcote, 23, Gillett, was charged Dec. 2 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and felony bail jumping. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 11.

• Cheyenne R. Hakes, 32, Oconto Falls, was charged Dec. 2 with felony bail jumping. Conley set a $750 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 11.

• Desiree Mae Luisier, 38, Oconto Falls, was charged Dec. 4 with child abuse recklessly causing harm and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Judge set a $2,500 signature bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Dec. 11.

• Max H. Mayer, 57, Oconto Falls, was charged Dec. 5 with two counts of theft by false representation. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 11.
