• Raymond Lawrence Pamanet, 22, Keshena, pleaded no contest Nov. 18 to fleeing an officer in his vehicle. Judge Michael Judge levied court costs, sentenced him to six months in county jail and ruled that he may petition the court to expunge the matter from his record if he has no further criminal charges for two years.
• Paul J. Wirhanowicz, 40, Suring, pleaded no contest Nov. 17 to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and victim intimidation. Related felony counts were dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Luis Cuevas, 25, Kimberly, pleaded no contest misdemeanor charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. A related felony charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• James Lee Jandrey, 45, Valders, pleaded no contest Nov. 20 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions including nine months in county jail and revoking his driver’s license for 36 months.
• Jake A. Johnson, 41, Richland Center, pleaded no contest Nov. 20 to possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Adam D. Johnson, 39, Townsend, was charged Nov. 17 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Judge set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 11.
• Dylan A. Hrabik, 25, Oconto, was charged Nov. 18 with five counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of carrying a concealed knife. Court Commissioner Jacob Evans set a $10,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 11.
• Allen R. Pospichal, 43, Gillett, was charged Nov. 18 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Evans set a $1,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 11.
