• Gary Koehnke, 47, Crivitz, pleaded no contest Nov. 10 to misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) and resisting or obstructing an officer. A felony count was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Michael Judge levied fines and court costs, revoked Koehnke’s license for nine months and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Charlene Lynn Lowry, 45, Oconto, pleaded no contest Nov. 10 to driving or operating a vehicle without consent. Judge ordered restitution and court costs and sentenced her to 90 days in jail with Huber work-release and good time privileges.
• Caleb Noah Clark, 22, De Pere, pleaded guilty Nov. 10 to misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. The THC charge was amended from felony possession in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Troy Allen Whisman, 22, Abrams, pleaded no contest Nov. 10 to misdemeanor charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. A related felony count was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Isaiah Michael Hipp, 21, Appleton, was charged Nov. 10 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle and misdemeanor counts of endangering safety through reckless driving, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle without a license (third offense within three years). Judge set a $2,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 11.
• Joshua J. Tank, 45, Oconto, was charged Nov. 10 with two counts of disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater, two counts of threatening individuals involved in a court or legal system, throwing or discharge bodily fluid at a public safety worker or prosecutor, felony bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge set a $10,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 11.
