• Nico Scott Depaoli, 30, Oconto, was charged Nov. 7 with two counts of felony child neglect and misdemeanor counts of failure to provide adequate space for an animal and failure to provide adequate sanitation for an animal. Judge Jay Conley set a $1,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 11.
• Jade L. • Heather L. Koutnik, 39, Peshtigo, was charged Oct. 16 with misappropriating ID information to obtain money and a misdemeanor count of theft. On Nov. 6, Judge set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing and arraignment for Dec. 10.
