• Brian A. Blasing, 35, an Oconto man serving a sentence at Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun, pleaded guilty Oct. 17 to first-degree reckless homicide through delivery of drugs. Judge Michael Judge sentenced him Oct. 29 to 12 years in prison followed by eight years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Cody James Meyer, 38, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest Sept. 12 to possession of methamphetamine, violating a sex offender registry order, and two counts of burglary to a building or dwelling. Judge sentenced her Oct. 27 to five years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Justin A. Belongia, 42, Oconto, pleaded no contest Oct. 29 to misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. The THC count was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge levied fines and sentenced him to 30 days in county jail.
• Praise Migusha, 22, Oconto, was charged Oct. 27 with threatening to cause bodily harm to certain individuals involved in a court or legal system, two counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, and bail jumping. Judge Jay Conley set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Nov. 6.
• Louis J. Sanapaw, 28, Keshena, was charged Oct. 28 with possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge set a $1,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Nov. 6.
