Sentencing was withheld for Roy R. O’Harrow, 19, Lena, charged with pointing a firearm at another and negligent handling of a weapon on Sept. 28 in the town of Little River. He was placed on probation 18 months, ordered to spend 15 days in jail, serve 60 hours of community service, pay $243 court costs and undergo any treatment ordered.
James B. Nowak, 56, West Bend, entered a not guilty plea to driving while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense. He was arrested Nov. 22 in Oconto Falls. His $2,500 cash bond continues, and a pretrial conference is set for March 13.
Justin L. Douglas, 31, Portage, entered not guilty pleas to being party to a burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon, party to five counts of theft and party to a burglary, all which allegedly took place June 12, 2012, in the town of Underhill. His pretrial conference is scheduled Feb. 14, and a $10,000 cash bond continues.
Keith A. Smet, 26, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to a charge of repeated sexual assault of a child, which allegedly occurred between June and September in Oconto. His pretrial conference will take place Feb. 14, and a $50,000 cash bond continues.

Johnny Reed, 33, Oconto, made an initial appearance on a charge of being party to robbery by use of force. He was arrested Nov. 30 in Oconto. A $10,000 signature bond was set, and his appearance is continued to Feb. 13.
Proceedings from Jan. 22
Jeffrey J. Smet, 46, Oconto, was sentenced after revocation to nine moths in jail for making a fraudulent insurance claim and obstructing an officer between Oct. 11 and 12, 2012, in the town of Lena. He had been sentenced to two years on each count, but the sentencing was withheld. Restitution and surcharges totaling $5,226 remain to be paid.
An arraignment is set for Feb. 13 for Yvonne M. Knutson, 49, Oconto. She is accused of maintaining a drug trafficking place and four counts of being party to possession with intent to deliver narcotics between Sept. 8, 2008, and June 6, 2013, in Oconto. Her $20,000 signature bond continues.
Sentencing is March 3 for Tyson E. Rogers, 31, Wautoma, charged with being party to theft and party to burglary on Sept. 6, 2012, in the town of Abrams. His $2,000 cash bond continues.
Sarah L. Liebergen, 30, Sobieski, will be sentenced March 25 for identity theft for financial gain. She was arrested July 6, 2012, in the town of Chase. She also faces bail jumping charges from May 24, 2013. Her $5,000 signature bond continues.
Jimmy R. Loven, 54, Batesville, Ark., will be sentenced March 17 for driving while intoxicated, 10th offense, driving with blood alcohol content greater than the legal limit and disorderly conduct. He was arrested July 14 in the town of Oconto Falls. A $7,500 cash bond continues.
Michael L. Willis, 21, Lena, entered no contest pleas to charges of being party to a burglary on May 9 in the town of Stiles, party to theft on May 8 or 9, and party to theft on May 13 in the town of Lena, and party to theft on May 13 in Oconto. His sentencing was withheld, and he was placed on probation two years on each count, to run concurrent. He must also spend 90 days in jail and pay $253 court costs. Two charges of being party to burglary and one count of theft were dismissed.
Proceedings from Jan. 21
Matthias C. Andrews, 25, Abrams, made an initial appearance on charges of strangulation and suffocation, battery and disorderly conduct, which allegedly took place Jan. 20 in Oconto. His appearance will continue Feb. 13, and a $1,000 cash bond was set.
A jury trial will take place April 14 for Mark H. Woods, 58, Oconto Falls. He is accused of strangulation and suffocation, battery and disorderly conduct, and was arrested Sept. 22 in Oconto Falls. His $2,000 cash bond continues.
