Amy M. Nieto, 27, Suring, pleaded no contest to five counts of theft from the Oconto County Department of Human Services, which took place from June 2011 to May 2012. She was ordered to spend nine months in jail on each count, which was imposed and stayed. She was placed on probation three years with the conditions she pay $253 court costs and the remaining charges of $8,016.17 from a food stamp fraud case, which occurred between May 2010 and November 2012.
After plea negotiations, Ronda P. Pawelczyk, 36, Oconto Falls, was placed two years in the Oconto County Volunteers In Probation program on each of five counts of attempted theft from the Department of Human Services of Oconto County, which occurred Dec. 28, 2011, to run concurrent. She was ordered to spend 60 days in jail with work release privileges and pay $253 court costs.
Ryan L. Lunzmann, 31, Oconto, made an initial appearance on four counts of forgery, which allegedly took place Sept. 19 to 25 in Oconto, and five counts of identify theft for financial gain, which are alleged to have taken place Sept. 19 to Oct. 2, in Oconto. A preliminary hearing is March 10, and a $5,000 signature bond was set.

An arraignment is March 10 for Margaret A. Kelly, 34, Oconto, who is charged with 13 counts of being party to intending to distribute a controlled substance on May 30 in Oconto. A $50,000 cash bond continues. She was placed on probation two years and six months for food stamp fraud, which occurred between Dec. 8, 2011, and May 24, 2012, in Oconto. Conditions of the probation are that she attend any counseling or treatment programs recommended, maintain absolute sobriety and have no alcohol, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia. She must pay $250 DNA surcharge, $268 court costs and $1,485.40 restitution.

David M. Ullrich, 40, Lakewood, was ordered to spend 90 days in jail with work release privileges for attempting to intimidate a victim on Sept. 7, 2012, in the town of Lakewood. He was ordered to spend 90 days in jail, to run consecutive to the first jail sentence, for a charge of disorderly conduct that took place Sept. 8, 2013, in the town of Lakewood. He must also pay $343 court costs.
