• Obilio Tomas Sargento Roblero, 34, Gillett, pleaded no contest June 24 to a hit-and-run involving death, in connection with an Oct. 25, 2024, crash that took the life of Thomas Roberts, 60, a retired Green Bay police detective. Judge James Morrison sentenced him Sept. 8 to 15 years in prison followed by 10 years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Caleb Noah Clark, 23, Green Bay, had his probation revoked May 5 from a 2025 conviction on misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. The drug charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Morrison sentenced him Sept. 9 to six months in county jail.
• Carter Andrew Nelson, 26, Milwaukee, formerly of Townsend, pleaded no contest July 31 to possession of narcotic drugs. Morrison imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him three years of probation with conditions.
• Shaelynn Marie Peters, 33, Keshena, was charged Sept. 8 with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Hannah Schuchart set a $2,500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Oct. 15.
• Beatrice B. Chevalier, 51, Keshena, was charged Sept. 8 with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping. Schuchart set a $3,500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Oct. 15.
• Justin J. Rose, 44, Oconto Falls, was charged Sept. 8 with child abuse intentionally causing harm and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Schuchart set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 15.
• Luke Kenneth Luebke, 35, Green Bay, was charged Sept. 9 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety, fleeing an officer in his vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Schuchart set an $8,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 15.
• Jose Alfredo Gutierrez Ayala, 45, Gillett, was charged Sept. 9 with substantial battery and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Schuchart set a $2,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Nov. 30.
