• Cassandra M. Hilliard, 36, Plainfield, pleaded no contest Aug. 3 to possession of methamphetamine. Judge William Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing and placed her on 18 months of probation with conditions.
• Brendan T. Hoover, 26, Wausau, pleaded no contest Aug. 4 to felony bail jumping. Kussel levied a fine and sentenced him to 180 days in county jail.
• Allen J.M. Schroeder, 44, Gresham, pleaded guilty Aug. 5 to three counts of felony bail jumping and two misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct. Kussel levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to 240 days in county jail.
• Misael Portillo, 37, Waukesha, pleaded no contest Aug. 6 to misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct. Two related felony charges were dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Troy D. Crowe, 54, a Neopit man serving a sentence at Dodge Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest Aug. 6 to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). Kussel sentenced him to 12 months in prison followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Rodney G. Reed, 35, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Aug. 5 to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). Kussel levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to 180 days in county jail.
• Derek J. Wilke, 39, Keshena, was charged Aug. 3 with threatening to cause bodily harm to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system, four counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond. In a separate file, Wilke was charged with two more counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of retail theft. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing in both cases for Aug. 7.
• Shayleece N. Miller, 26, Shawano, was charged Aug. 3 with felony bail jumping and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 1.
• Michael J. Munson, 42, Gresham, was charged Aug. 3 with three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 12.
• Amanda V. Sandvick, 45, Milwaukee, was charged July 22 with second-degree reckless endangering safety, taking and driving a vehicle without consent and felony bail jumping. Kussel issued a bench warrant for her arrest Aug. 4 after she failed to appear for her scheduled initial appearance.
• Justin T. Okimosh, 34, Shawano, was charged July 2 with three counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $2,000 signature bond on Aug. 5. He was charged July 15 with another four counts of felony bail jumping, and Kussel set a $3,000 signature bond Aug. 5. The judge scheduled a status conference in both cases for Sept. 30.
• Leland J. Okimosh, 38, Oshkosh, was charged Aug. 6 with two counts of felony bail jumping, four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond Aug. 7 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 11.
• Ryan S. Hansen, 37, Shawano, was charged Aug. 7 with four counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of intentionally mistreating animals and intentionally failing to provide food for an animal. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond. In a separate file, Hansen was charged with possession of methamphetamine, six counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing in both cases for Aug. 14.
• Samantha N. Jensen, 28, Shawano, was charged Aug. 7 with chronic child neglect with the consequence of great bodily harm, possession of methamphetamine, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $3,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 14.
