• Nicholas Donald Collar, 32, New London, pleaded no contest Oct. 27 to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and felony bail jumping. Judge Jay Conley levied fines and sentenced him Jan. 6 to 72 days in county jail, time deemed served.
• GaNiyra Camanie Cason, 20, Oshkosh, pleaded no contest Jan. 7 to a misdemeanor charge of issuing worthless checks. Two related felony counts were dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Conley withheld sentencing and placed her on one year of probation with conditions.
• Kayla P. Delmarcelle, 28, Suring, pleaded no contest Jan. 5 to possession of methamphetamine. Judge Michael Judge withheld sentencing and placed her on two years of probation with conditions.
• Shawn M. Desotelle, 45, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Jan. 5 to misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. The THC charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Conley withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Gregory Keith Dugan, 34, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Jan. 7 to misdemeanor charges of theft, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. The theft charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Dan W. Malchow, 41, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest Jan. 5 to first-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor charge of operating a firearm while intoxicated. Judge approved a two-year deferred judgment agreement for the felony count; on the misdemeanor, he withheld sentencing and placed Malchow on one year of probation with conditions.
• Denesha R. Watson, 31, Green Bay, pleaded guilty Jan. 9 to a misdemeanor charge of possession of THC. A related felony count was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed her on one year of probation with conditions.
• Jacob Daniel Reynolds, 40, Pound, was charged Jan. 7 with possession of methamphetamine; possession of a short-barreled rifle or firearm; selling, delivering or possessing a silencer; three counts of felony bail jumping; and misdemeanor counts of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an illegally obtained prescription. Court Commissioner Jacob Evans set a $10,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Jan. 15.
