• Samuel Aron Monheim, 17, Oconto, was charged Nov. 24 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 11.
• Tyson Timothy Barthels, 42, Oconto Falls, was charged Nov. 25 with possession of child pornography. Judge set a $10,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 11.
