Pat Anthony Ebert, of Elkhart Lake, formerly of Gresham, passed away at home on Friday, Oct. 1, 2021, with his three daughters and wife by his side. His brave battle with cancer over, he trusted his Lord to welcome him to his heavenly home. Pat grew up in Gresham, born to Bonita (Stefl) and Gervase Ebert on Dec. 31, 1941.

Kyle S. Blankschien, 31, of the Town of Morris, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2021, at his home. The Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home and Crematory in Clintonville is assisting the family.

Gary Frank Ehman, 84, died at his home in Mint Hill, North Carolina, after a short battle with cancer. He was born in Milwaukee on June 19, 1937, the son of William Ehman Sr. and Louise Margaret (Gross) and moved with his family to the Town of Belle Plaine when he was 6 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Janice Schultz (Lewis); and brother, William Jr.

Tom Ashenbrenner passed away on Oct. 11 at the age of 69. While fully vaccinated, he died of COVID-19. His family was well known for its work managing the Shawano Lake County Park Pavilion. Tom started both his radio career at WTCH and playing in bands at the age of 15. He continued working in radio and playing music for the next 50 years. Tom had a magnetic personality and made friends easily.

Marv Christensen passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2021, just after celebrating his 86th birthday with his family. Marv, the fourth child of Verna Ramage and Conrad Christensen, grew up in Gillett. Growing up on a farm, Marv tended to pigs, sheep and cows and joined 4-H. Marv graduated from Gillett High School in 1953 and shortly after joined the Army, serving from 1955 to 1957. Marv met Marlene McHugh on a blind date, and on Nov.

Artist, trail wanderer and avid storyteller Ronald Martin Murray, 76, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 3, 2021, after a very strenuous and most courageous battle with cancer. He had five children, all of whom were with him at his bedside when he departed for his last great adventure. Ron was born March 10, 1945, in Detroit, Michigan, to Virgil and Charlotte Murray.
