Jerry M. Brandt, 79, of Shawano, passed away Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 27, 2020, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay where he had been a patient for the past three weeks. Jerry was born Oct. 17, 1941, in Shawano, a son of the late Milton and Viola (Goree) Brandt. On Aug. 6, 1960, he was united in marriage to the former Amy Kay Clough. Jerry was employed at Hotz Manufacturing before beginning his own woodworking business. He enjoyed watching the Packers.
Survivors include his wife, Amy, of Gresham; his children, Sheri (Mike) Krause, of Shawano, Tom (Terri Kosky) Brandt, of Shawano, Karen (Bill) Burghardt, of Neenah, and Tim (Christy) Brandt, of Shawano; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; his sister, Peggy (Bill) Tyson, of North Pole, Alaska; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother and sister-in-law, David and Niece Brandt; his sister, Nancy Schultz; and his in-laws, Edward and Anita Clough.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, private family services will be held.
