Gillett and Lena each sit at 2-3 after the Tigers beat the Wildcats 49-45 on Dec. 18.
Lena led 20-16 at the half, but Gillett surged in the second half.
For the Tigers, Brody Halla and Chase Rosenlund each scored 11 points, with Halla getting 10 of his points in the second half, and Rosenlund getting seven of his in that time. Clayton Borremanns scored 10 points, with eight coming after the break.
Lucas Monigat led Lena with 15 points.
Fox Valley Lutheran 65, Shawano 29
The Hawks dropped to 1-3 with a 65-29 loss at home to Fox Valley Lutheran.
The Foxes improved to 5-1.
